Fever strips:
Simple, adhesive strips that you place on your child’s forehead. Perfect if you’ve a young wriggling baby or a toddler who wants to help, although these are less accurate than digital versions.
People should always use branded instruments to take their baby temperature. Read the carefully every instructions given by manufacturer. If you think your baby forehead is hot but thermometer is not giving proper result then immediately calls to your doctor. Many people do not care this matter. That can be harmful for your baby.
Baby Room Temperature:
You can purchase a room temperature guide to notify you when your baby room temperature getting too hot or cold.
It is like a card that you can put on the wall which will provide you the room temperature by reading a temperature sensitive strip on the card. Digital nursery thermometer is also available in the market that provides a more accurate reading.
Also many of the newer baby monitors have a temperature reading integral within the unit.
